Event Description

Robert Frost was an American poet famous for his work depicting rural life and simple settings. But these seemingly simple works often revealed complex social or philosophical themes, or the intricacy of man's relationship with nature. Join former English teacher Margaret Wine Fielding in a discussion of four of Robert Frost's most inspirational pieces: "Fire and Ice", "The Road Not Taken", "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening", and "After Apple Picking". Copies of the poems will be available at the meeting. Free and open to the community
