Who We Are
The Local Long-Term Care program receives, investigates and works to resolve complaints involving quality of care, resident's rights, and quality of life for those who are in nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and those who receive community based care. Staff can mediate concerns between residents and/or families and the facility.
The program also serves as a resource for information and counseling regarding community-based services and concerns affecting the elderly, ie care options and general aging issues.
