Who We Are
Woods Edge is Blacksburg's First Active Adult Community offering the benefits of home ownership in single-family, low-maintenance homes. The community offers a neighborhood feel with 55 homes landscaped, sidewalk-lined streets, surrounded by abundant natural spaces. Available in a number of different floor plans and elevations ranging from 1,500 to 2,250 square feet, the homes at WoodsEdge are as smart as they are beautiful.
The Village Center, the heart of our community, is a 16,000 square feet complex that includes a heated pool, exercise studio, bistro, and social spaces. You can take a class, watch a movie, or hear a guest lecturer in the community center.
