Who We Are
Summit Square, a LifePlan community also known as a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), offers residential and assisted living non-medical personal care. Residents typically enter on an independent level and progress through the continuum of care. Residents are offered assistance with activities of daily living for those who need a little daily help but do not need 24-hour care. Scheduled transportation is provided, as well as medication assistance. Planned activities are available. The capacity for assisted living and memory care is 40 residents.
