Condominium-style apartments offer active, independent seniors age 55 and older social and fitness opportunities in a setting convenient to cultural activities and other amenities the area has to offer. One and two-bedroom apartment floor plans are available, some with a den, balcony, or patio. Pet-friendly retirement community.
Apartments have full designer kitchens, 9-foot ceilings, washer, and dryer, plus common areas of the clubhouse, fitness center, community activities, restaurant-style dining, and housekeeping. No entrance fee. There is never a shortage of activities, events, and programs for members to socialize and connect with friends.
