Who We Are
PHILLIPS is a non-profit, private organization serving the needs of individuals with emotional and behavioral problems and their families through education, family support services, community education and advocacy. A comprehensive approach to working with the child and family is taken including case management, family counseling, psychiatric treatment and collaborative goal-setting to address specific family concerns.
