Richmond Orthopedics offers general orthopedic surgery.  Dr. Fleming operates on carpal tunnel syndrome, performs arthroscopic knee surgery, knee replacements, rotator cuff repairs and various other hand and extremity conditions that require surgery.

Other common problems that are seen in the office are shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle, back and neck pain.

Surgery, both inpatient and outpatient are performed at Retreat Hospital on Grove Avenue in Richmond.
