InnovAge Virginia PACE Blue Ridge

At InnovAge Virginia PACE Blue Ridge, we help older adults live life on their terms in the community they love. We do this through the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), which helps older adults receive the healthcare and social support services they need through an interdisciplinary healthcare team. 

As an alternative to nursing facilities, InnovAge PACE provides nearly all medical care and social support at a center near your home. Additionally, most participants enjoy InnovAge PACE at low or no cost.

* Hospital Care
* Nursing Home Care
* Social Work
* Physical Therapy
* Occupational Therapy
* Speech Therapy
* Recreational Therapy & Social Activities
* Nutrition Counseling\* Home Care
* Adult Day Care
* Personal Care
* Chaplain Services
* Meals
* Transportation

All services must be approved by the PACE Inter-disciplinary team (IDT) and desired by the participant or family caregiver. Participants may be fully liable for services obtained without the authorization of the PACE Team (except emergency services). 

Most services are provided at the PACE Center, in the home and in the community.
