Who We Are

Patriots Colony at Williamsburg is a not-for-profit, Life Plan Community, also known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community licensed by the Virginia Bureau of Insurance. The Health Care Services, which include The Berkeley Assisted Living, Memory Support, and The Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center, are open to the public. The  Independent Living facilities admissions are restricted to the following:

  • Retired and former (honorably discharged) officers of the seven uniformed services;
  • Retired and former civilian employees of the federal government (with grade GS-7 & above);
  • Their spouses or widow(er)s.
