JABA offers the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program that provides information on long term care, including home care, and assistance in resolving complaints concerning long term care facilities within the city of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa and Nelson.
The ombudsman is an advocate whose goal is to promote the highest possible quality of life and care for residents of nursing homes and homes for adults. Trained and certified by the Virginia State Long Term Caare Ombudsman Program.
