Who We Are

The Norfolk Commission on Aging Long Term Care Coordination advises the Department of Human Services on coordination and improvement of agencies which seek to provide services to older adults by:

  • promoting cooperation between these agencies, analyzing the needs of Norfolk's older adults,
  • collecting information regarding resources available to the older adults and their effectiveness,
  • becoming involved in legislation regarding older adults,
  • developing a long-term plan targeting their care.



Meeting time is 9:00 AM, 1st Thursday of the month, Norfolk Senior Center, 924 W. 21st Street. Meeting is open to attendance.  Call to confirm day and time before attending.
