Who We Are
For riders who have a disability that prevents them from making some or all their trips on fixed-route buses, WATA offers a origin-to-destination service called Paratransit, for our service area. The Paratransit shared-ride service is provided as part of our efforts to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (or ADA).
