Who We Are
Vestibular Disorders Association (VEDA) provides a wealth of information on the symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of various types of vestibular disorders.
The agency offers information, resources, support, and advocacy. We strive to elevate public awareness about vestibular disorders in order to promote understanding, access to diagnosis and treatment, research, and help for those facing the challenges of living with a vestibular disorder.
Soldiers diagnosed with PTSD may also have an underlying vestibular disorder. VeDA can help you find a military healthcare provider who specializes in vestibular disorders.
VEDA- is a nonprofit organization that provides information and support to people with inner ear balance disorders such as Meniere's disease, BPPV, labyrinthitis and perilymph fistula. Vestibular (inner ear) disorders can cause dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, hearing changes, nausea, fatigue, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, and other symptoms, with potentially devastating effects on a person's day-to-day functioning, ability to work, relationships with family and friends, and quality of life.
