Who We Are
At Inova Schar Cancer a full spectrum of cancer care is available: surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy, as well as dietary, emotional, and support services.
The Center offers state-of-the-art technology and treatment options, including two external beam linear accelerators, IMRT (Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy), a CT simulator, HDR (high-dose rate) treatment, and a chair infusion center.
Life with Cancer offers a wide range of free, practical, and informative classes, support groups, and other support strategies to help patients and their families cope with cancer day to day.
