Saber Healthcare, Ridgecrest Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation provides intermediate care nursing, long-term care and skilled nursing care.  Other services include specialty (complex care), physical therapy, occupational therapy, and and speech therapy, There is a 120 bed capacity.  Our skilled nursing services include, but are not limited to:

• 24-Hour Skilled Nursing Care
• Post-Surgical Care
• Wound Care Management
• Pain Management
• IV Therapy including IV Antibiotics
• Nutritional Monitoring
• Neurological, Cardiac and Stroke Recovery
• Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy
• Pulmonary Services

The nursing facility provides hospice care. Provides 24-hour nursing care, social services, spiritual care and bereavement services.
