THE MEDICAL TEAM provides care for homebound clients who are elderly, convalescent, or disabled. Assistance with personal care and activities of daily living is provided to individuals in their home, whether a private home, assisted living, independent living, or nursing home. Personal care can include bathing and personal hygiene, assistance with dressing, toileting, eating, ambulation, medication reminders, meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping, as well as monitoring vital signs.



When no hands-on care is needed companionship can be provided. Patient sitters can be at the patient's bedside in a hospital or nursing home when the family wants continuous support for the patient. An RN meets with the client and family to discuss a unique plan of service. This nurse assessment is provided at no cost. Caregivers receive extensive training and professional RN supervision and are carefully matched to each client. We provide caregivers you can rely on and trust.
