Independent living - one and two bedroom apartments for senior age 55 and older. Fully equipped kitchen in every apartment, Safety Features include an Emergency Response System with pull-cords in the bathroom and bedroom. Cable Television access is provided for resident convenience. Most small pets are welcome. Stay in shape by exercising in the community Fitness Center. Beauty and Barber Services are available on site. On site Laundry Facilities allow ease of access for residents. Large capacity machines accommodate all laundry needs. Water, sewer, and trash removal and sometimes hot water and heat are included in rent.



Transportation provided to social and recreational appointments, as well as medical appointments. Managed by First Centrum Community.
