The Atlantic at Charter Colony is an innovative community apartment campus offering 1 and 2 bedrooms, designed for moderate-income seniors 55 years old or older who want the advantages of maintenance-free lifestyle along with services that will enhance the retirement years. Income restrictions may apply. Conveniently located in Midlothian minutes from the new Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center.
Transportation, personal emergency response system, flu shots, fitness, planned social activities, computer room, library and social clubs are all offered to residents.
113 apartment homes at Coalfield and Woolridge Drive, directly across from the YMCA and Charter Colony location. All apartment homes are handicap-accessible.
Wellness program offered in the 24 hour fitness center, library, computer center and hair salon, free cable, walking tours at nature park one block away, community room, planned social activities, etc. Each apartment has full modern kitchen and spacious bathroom(s). Heating and air-conditioning are individually controlled. Laundry facilities located in the building. Accessibility to the building is controlled for peace of mind, as well as alarm services.
