Medicaid Personal Care is offered by Lake County Area Agency on Aging. Recipients are approved by the local Department of Social Services to receive this maintenance of supportive service which allows individuals to avoid unnecessary institutionalization. Assistance with bathing, feeding, dressing, walking and more. MR and DD Medicaid waivers.
Home Care Service is quality care provided to older and disabled persons who may not need nursing home care, but require some assistance with their day-to-day health and personal needs while living at home.
