NewBridges Immigrant Resource Center helps clients learn how to set up payment plans, request financial assistance, and communicate with all doctors’ offices involved in patient’s care.  For example, if a patient receives a bill from UVA, we help them to locate information about financial aid eligibility, required paperwork, and how to eventually submit payments.

In addition to this, we receive all people who arrive at our agency, take down their information, and refer them to appropriate agencies when we do not offer the services that they require. Our current office hours are 9am-4pm Monday-Thursday. We are closed Fridays and clients are highly encouraged to make an appointment.
