Who We Are
Choice Connections offers free senior housing advisory service. The advisors help seniors and their family search for alternative living options, whether you are looking for assisted living, residential care, independent living, nursing home or dementia care. Expanded services are available.
Needs Assessment is completed to narrow the search. Guidance and recommendations are given by staff; tours are coordinated and staff can act as liaison with facility.
