Who We Are
Herndon Harbor House offers retirement living for seniors with moderate income. There are 60 one-bedroom apartments. Apartments feature a kitchen with microwave oven; neutral wall-to-wall carpeting; individually controlled heating and a/c; double-glazed windows; deadbolt locks; door peepholes; smoke detectors and sprinkler system. Laundry room on each floor; exercise rooms; sunroom. Fastran transportation service for weekly shopping trips.
Wheelchair accessible units are available to individuals aged 62 and over. There is a Fairfax County Adult Day Health Care Center on-site and a brand new Senior Center located on the property.

Resident Selection Criteria: First Priority is individuals who live in or work in Fairfax County; 2nd priority is individuals who have immediate family residing in Fairfax county; 3rd priority is other applications that do not meet the above criteria.
