Who We Are
Willow Oaks Assisted Living at Birmingham Green is two diverse communities for low-income elderly persons and adults with disabilities under one roof. Willow Oaks Court houses older adults and Willow Oaks Place is for adults over the age of eighteen with disabilities. These residents share access to a range of services that support their independence in living.
All individuals admitted to live at Willow Oaks are eligible for Virginia’s Auxiliary Grant program.
Services can include supervision and assistance with activities of daily living; administering medications; and providing dietary, housekeeping, laundry, recreation therapy, religious, and transportation services. Activities include arts and crafts, movies, games, community outings, and religious services.
