Who We Are
Smith Strong provides Special Needs Trusts and planning. The focus of these trusts is to make sure assets are managed properly, even if the guardian is no longer able. A Special Needs Trust must enable the special needs child to maintain eligibility for government programs and assistance when possible.
This legal assistance is to benefit disabled children and grandchildren, including those over 18 years of age.
