The Alzheimer's Association offers Care Consultations, available in-person and by phone. Care consultation is a service that offers personalized care planning to help individuals with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia and their families navigate through the difficult decisions and uncertainties they face at every stage of the disease.
Care consultations provide:
