Healthy Generations Area Agency on Aging offers a variety of transportation options, including medical transportation, Mobility Options, transportation to senior cafes, and travel training for people with disabilities. 

Individuals are eligible for Transportation Services if they are 60 years of age or older, cannot transport themselves, and lack other means of transportation. Priority shall be given to older individuals with the greatest economic and social need, with preference given to low-income minority individuals and those older persons residing in rural or geographically isolated areas.

Mobility Options is a grant-funded program providing transportation counseling, travel training, and personalized transportation for PD 16. Services may be provided to persons of any age with a physical, developmental, or intellectual disability, or persons who are sixty (60) years of age or older. View the Transportation Resource Guide.
