Accessible Transportation, Non-Emergency Medical and to Center

Giles Health Center and Family Center may provide transportation to and from the Center.  Non-emergency medical transportation is also available.

Accessible non-emergency medical transportation is available for residents in Giles and Pulaski County. Rates are based on mileage to and from the client’s home and destination and whether the rider requires a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. 

As the only Medicaid provider in the area, Giles Health and Family Center can provide transportation services to and from the center and to doctor’s appointments.  Payments accepted include Medicaid and private payments including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards.

Currently, there are 10 wheelchair vans, a stretcher van, and a multi-passenger bus that is wheehchair accessible.
