Sentara 3D Mobile Mammography offers convenient, quality mammograms in your neighborhood.

To schedule a mammogram, call 757-785-4138.  If you prefer, scan the QR code provided and submit your form online.  You will receive a phone call from Sentara to confirm your appointment.

Please bring a picture ID and insurance card to your appointment. Financial assistance is available to those who qualify.
