Nursing Services, Pheasant Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Pheasant Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers nursing care. Capacity is 101 beds.   Also offers comprehensive rehabilitation programs for those who need extended care or short term rehabilitation.  Pheasant Ridge is part of Consulate Health Care.



Professional therapists work daily to develop a program tailored to meet the needs of each resident. Their programs are designed to accommodate a resident's individual abilities and tolerance levels, while their goal is to insure that the resident lives as independently as possible. Comprehensive Rehabilitation Programs include:

Physical Therapy

Occupational Therapy

Speech-Language Pathology



Pheasant Ridge offers an on-site geriatric mental/behavioral health program services by using consulting psychiatrists. At present there is one to two weeks waiting period with no fee. However, if the facility has an empty bed, the resident may hold the bed at the current room rate.
