Who We Are
Heritage Hall at Blackstone offers an intermediate care skilled nursing home. The following are available:
- Cardiovascular care
- Peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis
- Isolation precautions for VRE/MRSA
- IV access care/central and peripheral
- IV therapy/antibiotics
- IV therapy/TPN
- Tracheotomy care
- Wound care
- Pulmonary therapy
- Enteral feedings
- Colostomy and urostomy care
Also on campus is a specialized Alzheimer unit. Physicians are on call 24 hours per day. Located next door to the MCV Family Practice in Blackstone. Capacity is 180 beds.
