Personal and Companion Care

Graceful Care provides non-medical assistance, personal care, and companionship by companions on a schedule that is convenient for everyone, and companionship is provided in the residence. The individual must be mobile, able to get themselves out of bed on their own and be mobile by use of a cane, walker, or wheelchair.

Personal care can help with hygiene and grooming.



In addition to providing comforting companionship, other tasks are offered, such as meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping, errands, trips to the doctor, reading, organization, and home management. If a loved one needs to be placed into assisted living or nursing home, help and information can be given to the family and Graceful Care can help with the actual transition.



Currently accepting new clients and a complimentary initial assessment meeting with the family is offered.



Care is provided 24 hours a day.
