Who We Are
The Laurels of Willow Creek offers a range of health care services that includes 24 hour skilled nursing. Services can include respiratory, wound healing and wound prevention, digestive diseases, infection resolution, neuro rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation and cardiac recovery services. The subacute program provides the most advanced medical care available outside of a hospital. They work with guests, families, physicians and social workers to develop individual care plans.
Short-term stay offers 24-hour skilled nursing care and around-the-clock admissions. Short-term stay includes rehabilitation, respite and hospice care. Capacity 120 beds.
