Who We Are
Elm Parks Estates offers 110 units of retirement living. Studios, 1 and 2 bedroom units are available. Independent services provided are: housekeeping, 3 meals a day (served dining room style), bed linens, and laundry rooms at no charge, 3 meals per day. Also provides transportation for residents, satellite television, paid utilities and emergency pull cords in each apartment.
Elm Park Estates is located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the historic town of Roanoke, VA. Conveniently located near two large medical centers, shopping malls, and the Historic Hotel Roanoke and downtown Farmer's Market.
Activities range from Tai Chi classes, arts and crafts, fireside chats, auctions, and the red hat club, The Star City Red Hatters.
