Fisher/Thompson Community Center

Fisher Community Center in the south part of Richmond provides leisure services to citizens of Richmond. Fisher Community Center has an athletic field and track with an obstacle course providing various physical challenges. Volunteers are always needed to help with youth program or share their skills by teaching arts and crafts, music, dancing or other programs.



Thompson Community Center in the, located at 7825 Forest Hill Avenue is open Monday-Friday 6pm-10pm. Fisher/Thompson Recreation programs includes educational classes, cultural enrichment activities, sports, (soccer, basketball, cheerleading) dance programs, arts and crafts, martial arts, games, environmental classes, home work and tutorial assistance, drama classes, nutritional programs, health & fitness activities, citizenship and leaderships programs, special events and personal/educational development programs.   Call 804.646.1209 for more information about Thompson Community Center.
