Who We Are
Empowerhouse Supporting Survivors of Domestic Violence (formerly Rappahannock Council on Domestic Violence) provides information about domestic violence programs and services. Information is available about advocacy for victims of domestic violence through community presentations and training, education and support groups, accompaniment to court, goal planning, and school educational presentations on dating violence. Empowerhouse also provides a 24-hour emergency hotline, temporary emergency shelter, transitional housing, besides the informational, referral and advocacy services.
