Who We Are
One on One Care offers care services for people with Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia.
Provided are: hands-on personal care to include bathing, dressing and continence care, ambulation and transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping and errands, transportation and friendly companionship. RN supervised employees are Nursing Assistants (Nurse Aides and Home Health Aides). Caregivers are bonded and insured.
Medicaid Certified PC Waiver Provider.
