Who We Are
Our "Friendly Caller" program provides ongoing telephone calls from our volunteers to older persons who wish to receive such calls. Adult volunteers will call once a week at a regularly scheduled time for a friendly, informal chat to let homebound seniors know that someone is thinking about them, to provide companionship, and to assist older adults in maintaining connections within their community. If you would like to participate or volunteer to be a caller, call (703) 323-4788. Training will be provided for volunteers.
