Stephen Thomas Homes builds and renovates homes that are designed to be livable for a lifetime, accessible and functional for everyone, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally friendly.
The Company can build a new home or modify an existing home to make it accessible for all. Doorways and hallways are wider. Electrical receptacles and light switches are within easy reach. Knobs on the stove are on the front. There are no steps as the entrances are level. You won’t even have to lift a foot to get in the shower. If you live in a two story home, we can add an elevator or stair lift.
Stephen Thomas Homes have the following National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Designations: CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialists) and CGP (Certified Green Professional).
