Volunteers are needed in the AIM office every week day from 9:30am - noon. Duties include:
- Greeting the incoming clients.
- Listening to their stories.
- Helping them fill out appropriate forms.
- Making phone calls to service providers.
- Answering the phone.
Training is provided. Computer skills are not required. Most volunteers put in at least one morning a month, many of them work twice a month.
From January through April, volunteers are also needed in the afternoons to help with Energy Share clients. These hours are from 1:00pm - 3:30pm.
