The Town of Blacksburg offers the Minor and Emergency Home Repair Program to qualified low- to moderate-income homeowners within the corporate limits of the Town of Blacksburg. Homeowners may reside in traditional stick-built houses or in mobile homes, whether or not they own the lot.
