Skilled Nursing Care

ManorCare Health Services, Fair Oaks, provides long term nursing home care.  A customized service plan is developed to address  your health needs, functional capabilities, chronic illness and desired outcomes.  There are several levels of nursing care available to those not requiring Medicare skilled nursing care.  CNAs, LPNs, and RNs are on staff 24 hours, 7 days.  Meals and hairstylist on site, as well as outpatient physical and occupational therapy.



Accepts almost all diagnoses except ventilator patients.  There may be a waiting list for long term care for Medicaid bed but no fee to be put on the list.
