Who We Are
Bay Aging partners with Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia to prevent the nursing home placement of 'at risk' veterans. Bay Aging provides Options Counseling and Financial Management Services to assist veterans in the self-direction of their care. Options Counseling includes care management programs and services to stay healthy and continue living in your own home and community for as long as possible.
