Who We Are
Kendal at Lexington's Benjamin Borden Health Center offers rehabilitative care. Short-term rehab following a joint replacement as well as long-term skilled nursing care is available. Physical, occupational, speech/language, aquatic, wound care, and vestibular therapy are available. Both shared and private rooms are available. The Borden Health Center serves Kendal at Lexington residents and accepts admissions from the greater community if space is available. Available are physical, occupational, speech, and aquatic therapies. Warm water therapy pool on site.
