Who We Are

UZURV is a Reservation Network Company (RNC) and mobile app created to enhance the on-demand transportation experience. Currently operating in 155 cities, UZURV combines the convenience and affordability of on-demand transportation with the security of a reservation service to give riders personal service that matches their specific needs. Riders are able to select the driver and vehicle of their choice. They are able to favorite drivers and request them again.

Riders wanting to make reservations should use the mobile app.  In Virginia, UZURV is available in Charlottesville, Northern Virginia, Richmond Metro, Roanoke, and Virginia Beach.

Greater Richmond Transit Company (GRTC) awarded UZURV with a contract to provide transportation to GRTC CARE customers (disabled and elderly adults).  Subsequently, UZURV was also awarded a contract with The American Cancer Society (ACS) to provide cancer patients with transportation to their treatments throughout the Southeast including VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, and AL.

Call Center operates 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday. Call to request your ride. You can book in as little as 30 minutes.

Intake Process
Call the Call Center or smart phone app to make a reservation. You can also make a reservation online. The UZURV Call Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
