Who We Are
The mission of the Full Circle Thrift Shop is "Culpeper Helping Culpeper". Full Circle Thrift takes great pride in donating their net proceeds of the thrift store to help meet the emergency needs for the elderly and families and children in Culpeper County.
Assistance is provided with gas money for transportation to a doctor appointment. Help is determined on a case by case basis.
Other financial assistance may be for electric or heat bill, prescriptions and basically help for the elderly who are home bound.
